Why You Should Use Soda Water To Clean Your Countertops
By KELLY CATLIN
Over time, countertops can accumulate dirt, grease, and grime, especially in the bathroom and kitchen. Thankfully, soda water can be used as a safe and effective cleaning solution.
For any soap scum or water spots, simply pour some soda water on the surface, or add it to a spray bottle and spritz. Then, let it sit for a while before wiping away with a cloth.
Soda water works well as a cleaning agent because it contains a bit of baking soda, which is alkaline and excellent at penetrating surfaces to remove stubborn grease and grime.
In addition, the baking soda in soda water can be antibacterial, so make sure to add it to your cleaning regime when tackling pots, pans, and even glass cooktops.
