Turn These Simple Dollar Tree Items Into A DIY Utensil Caddy
By A. R. HOPKINS
Instead of buying a utensil caddy to organize your silverware in a portable, accessible way, create a budget-friendly one with drinking glasses and a paper towel holder.
You'll need a wire paper towel holder and four identical drinking glasses from Dollar Tree. Choose short or tall glasses depending on the length of the utensils you need to store.
For tools, grab a glue gun and spray paint. Simply glue the four drinking glasses to the base of the paper towel holder around its stem, then customize the caddy with spray paint.
You can make caddies for other small items, such as a bathroom caddy for hygiene products, like flossers and cotton balls, or an art caddy to store pencils, markers, and crayons.
