Turn Old Coffee Mugs Into A Charming Kitchen Towel Holder

If you're looking for extra space to hang your kitchen towels, this simple DIY project can help you transform old coffee mugs into a charming and functional towel holder.
Start by selecting a few mugs — enamel mugs work especially well for a rustic, farmhouse look. You'll also need a piece of reclaimed wood or a wooden plank to serve as the base.
Paint, sand, or stain the wood to match your kitchen decor, then securely attach the mugs to the wood with screws, positioning them outward to create cubbies for towel storage.
You can also mount an additional mug upright to hold rolled towels or other decorative items. Finally, attach a rope or chain to the top of the wood and hang the assembled piece.
