This Money-Saving Home Depot Tip Is A Kitchen Renovation Game Changer
By JESSICA TZIKAS
Renovating a kitchen can make the room feel brand new, but building and installing cabinetry can be expensive. Luckily, Home Depot offers a low-cost solution.
Home Depot‘s unfinished cabinets cost between $99 and $300 each. While they require you to finish them, the cost is much lower than using professional cabinetry.
You can paint unfinished cabinets with a natural-looking stain or add color to your kitchen. The knobs or handles you select will also make them unique.
Another way to get a custom-made look is to add panels, which Home Depot sells for about $25 each. Use wood glue and a brad nailer to adhere, then paint, stain, or glaze.
