According to HGTV’s Instagram, star Christina Hall has installed an ice plunge into her outdoor spa-like retreat, adding a level of luxury that most folks only dream of.
Unlike a hot tub where you enjoy a relaxing warm soak, an ice plunge provides you with a refreshing dip into ice-cold water to soothe your muscles.
Cold baths are available for a wide price range, but if you’d like to invest in one similar to the one Hall has, the tub from Plunge is currently listed at $4,990.
This product can chill water down to 39 degrees Fahrenheit, and uses a combination of ozone, filtration, and water circulation to keep your ice plunge sanitary.
You won’t need any ice cubes, and since there’s no plumbing involved, all you have to do is fill it with regular tap water, plug it in, and you're good to go.
