The Genius Hack For Removing Crayon Marks From Your Walls
By JENNY TINDER
Cleaning crayon marks off a wall can be a considerable challenge; however, you can use one common household item to restore your walls — baking soda.
Unlike a chemical cleaner, baking soda is an eco-friendly alternative that can make crayon marks easily disappear without damaging your walls.
There are several ways to use baking soda to clean up crayon marks. The first option is to apply baking soda to a moist sponge and rub it on the wall to remove the marks.
Another method is to add a small amount of toothpaste directly onto the marks, then apply a mix of baking soda and water to the toothpaste using a toothbrush.
You can also create a baking soda paste. Place some baking soda in a dish and mix in small amounts of water until a paste forms.
After the paste is ready, use a sponge or microfiber cloth to add the baking soda paste to the crayon marks and delicately massage it into the stains.
Once you have successfully removed the marks, rinse the treated area with a clean, damp cloth to remove the baking soda paste and residue from the wall.
