In the quest to eliminate the unpleasant fumes that accompany a fresh coat of paint, a surprisingly simple yet effective method comes to the fore: the bucket of water trick.
The method involves filling two buckets with fresh water, placing them in opposite corners of the newly painted room, and ensuring they are out of the way to avoid spills.
For a touch of freshness, add sliced lemon wedges to the buckets. This not only combats the strong smell of paint but also infuses the room with a delightful, lemony aroma.
