For an out-of-sight yet easily accessible storage area, TikToker @our_bears_home created a faux plant that doubles as a small item holder using an IKEA plant pot.
To make one yourself, get an IKEA plant pot, a fake plant, glue, cardboard, scissors, and a pencil. Start by tracing the pot’s opening rim onto the cardboard.
Cut out the rim-sized piece of cardboard and disconnect the top of the faux plant by removing it from the pot before you glue it to the cardboard.
If your plant doesn’t completely cover the cardboard, use fake moss or other faux greenery to cover up the cardboard base.
After drying, the faux plant lid should fit perfectly on the pot. Simply remove the lid and store your items inside to keep your entryway area clean and organized.
