The Best Time To Introduce Muted Green Paint Tones
By RHIANNON FAITH IRELAND
Green has always been loved for its versatility, and the shade of green that's most in right now is calm muted green, a wonderful color that works well all through the year.
This color is especially recommended for the kitchen, mudroom, or study/home library. The sophisticated shade perfectly complements heaps of other colors.
Speaking with Homes & Gardens, Sims Hilditch founder Emma Sims-Hilditch noted that it's a "restful and calming shade" that "bring[s] an element of nature or heritage feel."
"Treron" by Farrow & Ball is the perfect gray-green shade for your kitchen cabinets, though it's on the darker side and, therefore, more suited to rooms with lots of natural light.
"Green 09" by Lick has yellow and gray undertones that create a sense of tranquility. "Balsam C2 684" by C2 Paint has a cool-toned finish that's great for home offices.
