The Best Backsplash For Quartz Countertops
By LUCY CLARK
Quartz countertops are a popular choice because they are incredibly resistant to damage and look beautiful. To add more beauty and aesthetic value to your kitchen while protecting your walls from moisture build-up and heat damage, consider adding a backsplash.
A classic backsplash that looks beautiful alongside quartz countertops is a subway tile backsplash. Most of these tiles are made out of ceramic, and with quartz being a durable and low-maintenance material, it’s a good idea to go with a similar durable and low-maintenance backsplash.
Your quartz countertop may have colorful detailing, so try to incorporate these hues throughout your kitchen. For instance, if there are flecks of blue in your quartz countertops, try out a lighter shade of blue as a backsplash, or match your tiles to the grey or brown veining within your countertops.
