TikToker @redeux_style created a classic entryway look by staining a vintage wood ironing board and adorning it with an art deco lamp as well as interesting plants and books.
While an all-wood vintage board looks stylish with just a stain, you can add interest by painting the top. Use a board with a wood top and metal legs as is for a more modern look.
Adding color is key to making an old all-metal ironing board work as decor. Try painting it entirely in one color and placing similarly colored items on it for a shabby chic vibe.
