Our Expert Explains Whether IKEA Kitchens Are Worth The Price
By RHIANNON FAITH IRELAND
People who furnish their homes with IKEA products may wonder if buying a kitchen there is worth it. Interior designer Artem Kropovinsky shared his insights with House Digest.
“IKEA kitchens combine the advantages of affordability and modern designs,” said Kropovinsky, who also stated these items are well-priced for the design and structure they offer.
Buyers can get a large selection of customization, from colors to handles, without a huge price tag. In Kropovinsky's words, “IKEA cabinets are great for the fashion-conscious.”
According to Kropovinsky, IKEA kitchens “might not be as long lasting compared to high end choices” and may not have your preferred customization when compared to local artisans.
The interior design expert has one final tip: “Although the kitchen from IKEA is meant for DIY assembly, using a professional can prolong its use and correct installation.”
