Joanna Gaines' Best Advice For Clutter-Free Counters In Your Home
By KRISTY BOWEN
For a clutter-free kitchen, HGTV’s Joanna Gaines suggests keeping beautiful objects arranged strategically and attractively on the counter and putting away all but the essentials.
According to Gaines, having sufficient storage for non-essential items is key, and she recommends finding stylish containers to help keep loose ingredients or objects out of sight.
Gaines recommends incorporating dual-use items, like a cutting board that doubles as a tray, to reduce the number of things on the counter and give the kitchen a more orderly look.
The interior designer also advises creating small tableaux on the counter featuring useful and attractive kitchenware, such as pairing a cute cutting board with a candle or crock.
