Per the TikTok user, you need a hose and the hose attachment that comes with a self-filling water balloon pack, like the one from Bunch O Balloons (available at Walmart for $10).
Screw it onto your garden hose and watch the water spray out the straws. The water will disperse into different streams, lowering the pressure and making it more delicate.
The long straws also allow you to water plants from a greater distance, similar to a watering can, by extending the water further out from the base of the hose.
