HGTV’s Nate Berkus and Jeremiah Brent have a fabulous kitchen with marble countertops and matching backsplash, brass hardware that you, too, should consider incorporating.
Marble countertops “can help increase your home’s value,” interior designer Amy Sklar told Real Simple. “While it’s more expensive to install, it can be worth it,” she confessed.
When searching for the best marble countertop, remember to look for white and gray options if you want your new counters to look as much like the HGTV stars’ as possible.
Another standout feature in Berkus’ kitchen is brass hardware. “Brass adds a hint of glam, warms up a space,” Kellie Sirna, Studio 11 Design’s founder, told The Zoe Report.
If you don’t know where to start regarding brass features, consider looking for a brass faucet or some brass upgrades for your cabinets, such as a drawer pull.
