A stunning bedroom transformation isn’t possible without knowing the right interior design techniques. Luckily, HGTV’s Nate Berkus has posted a tutorial on Instagram to help.

Berkus uses four pillows with simple pillowcases and two decorative throw pillows at the top of the bed and folds his top sheet over the cover to create a tight and clean cuff.

While a throw blanket isn’t absolutely needed, Berkus uses a textured throw, like one made from linen, and folds it over at the end of the bed to complete and beautify the look.
