Lamb assures people that it’s normal to lose a few battles before winning one, but that shouldn’t discourage you, as the right one will eventually come your way. She stresses that the real estate market is competitive, and even if you fall through on a couple of offers, that’s not a reflection on you.
Davis also adds that personal letters can make a huge difference, especially if you’re invested in a particular home. She emphasizes that it’s not all about the money, and you should trust the process and complete all the necessary steps to move forward and make an offer.
