Breegan Jane, host of HGTV's "Dream Home," recommends tuxedo cabinets, which combine a lighter cabinet on top and a darker one below, for their classic appeal
and functionality.
She shares, "Perhaps the most common request I get from my clients is to give their spaces a refresh," explaining that "tuxedo kitchens always feel luxe, appropriate, and fresh!"
Tuxedo cabinets are practical because white uppers are less prone to dirt while dark lowers better disguise imperfections. This style adds color without overwhelming the space.
Some combinations include rustic woods, deep green, or navy on the bottom with ivory or eggshell up top. Try beige or sage on the bottom with a soft white top for a subtle look.
