Get The Gallery Wall Look With Fewer Nail Holes Using This IKEA Hack
By TRINITY ARCHIE
While a gallery wall full of framed art or photos is gorgeous, the look can leave your wall with a lot of nail holes. To avoid this, use an IKEA Hultarp rail to hang the frames.
As shown by @butlershire on Instagram, you only need to create holes to attach the IKEA unit to the wall just below your roof. Then, you can hang decorative chains from its bottom.
Next, you can use screw eyes and S-hooks to attach the frames to the chains. Once completed, this DIY project adds more flare to a living space than a traditional gallery wall.
The IKEA Hultarp rail costs $9.00 and comes in three different colors. You can choose from either black, nickel, or brass depending upon your room’s aesthetic.
