DIY Beautiful Flower Vases From An Old Clothing Item

With this ingenious hack, you can repurpose mismatched socks and transform them into sleeves that cover traditional flower vases. Choose socks with adorable colors and patterns.
Cut off the sock’s toe portion with scissors, and fit it over your container. Trim off any excess material, but leave some extra fabric to fold over the vase’s lip to disguise it.
For a permanent cover, leave more material and hot glue it into the vase’s lip and onto its bottom. Note this will make it difficult to wash and would work best with faux flowers.
You could leave your new textured flower vase as is or add embellishments. For example, tie an elegant ribbon or piece of twine around the center of the vase for a gorgeous look.
