Design Experts Adore Nicole Kidman's Living Room Color Choices

Nicole Kidman's home decor choices are winning her praise from those in the design world due to her beige chair and sofa, mid-brown flooring, and warm cream walls.
The chic beige color scheme effuses a warm and welcoming energy, creating a calm space. Beige has been in for a while, with its popularity eclipsing the old cool-toned gray shades.
Homes & Gardens deputy editor Jennifer Ebert says that warm neutrals like beige "make a room feel cozy and inviting. [...] They allow a room to be both understated and comforting."
A room with only beige hues may appear visually dull, which is why adding complementary colors is important, such as Kidman's army green sofa cushion.
"A medium green like this bold emerald shade paired with warm neutrals ... is my current favorite color scheme," designer Mary Patton told MyDomaine.
