Costco members are rejoicing at the simplehuman Dual Compartment Step Can in the 58-liter size for its sleek, modern look and affordable price of $120 online or even less in-store.
Its most notable feature is the consolidation of trash and recycling into one receptacle — it's all in one convenient place without the need to disguise an unsightly recycling bin.
The unit comes with 10 disposable custom-fit liners and a hidden internal pocket that stores the liners for easy access and fast changes. A foot pedal operates the soft-close lid.
When removing the trash, owners pivot the outer lid up and grab the bag — there's no need to remove the lid, leaving both hands free. The lid also has a replaceable air freshener.
