Turn leftover solid hardwood floor scraps into a coffee table. If you don’t have enough, make just the table top and use other scraps of wood or old metal pipes for the legs.
Use scraps of oak, hardwood, or luxury vinyl to make a mirror frame. Create a design, measure your pieces, sand and stain them, then glue them to the edges of your mirror.
Make box shelves, bookshelves, or regular floating shelves with scraps of solid wood or engineered wood flooring, and mount them securely on a wall in a unique layout.
To make a photo frame, cut wood or laminate floor scraps to size with straight or mitred corners, glue them together to make the front, and use some plywood for the backing.
Create an interesting ceiling by covering it with wood floor planks. Measure the area, stain the planks, nail and glue them in place, then add a crown molding border.
