Petroleum jelly is the best product to use when super glue hardens on your skin. Massage the jelly into the skin until you can gently pry the affected area apart.
Accidentally getting super glue on your favorite clothes is a nightmare, but with a little bit of acetone and a scraping tool, your damaged garments will be as good as new.
Scrape off the worst of the glue with a blunt tool like a spoon, and then apply a cotton ball soaked with acetone to the damaged area before washing the garment.
When super glue creates a mess on your hands, simply add a couple of tablespoons of salt and warm water to the affected palm and stir until it forms a paste.
When the consistency is right, rub the paste into the affected area. The salt should act as an abrasive against the glue, causing it to fragment and break away.
When your best glass gets covered with super glue, grab a razor blade. Before you start scratching away, apply a little acetone to the hardened glue to avoid damaging your glass.
After using acetone, use the razor blade to gently peel away the glue that by now should have softened. If the edges are still hard, apply a little more acetone and go again.
If you get glue on your hands, put rubbing alcohol on a cotton swab and apply it to the affected area. As you slowly rub, the glue should gradually dissolve or start shedding.
