Catherine has been a professional editor and proofreader since 2019 and has been writing and editing on websites for over 10 years. After joining Static Media in 2022 — first on the interviews editing team before moving to the Looper news team — she now applies her background in physical and environmental geography to plant and garden content on House Digest. Working on all kinds of content and text, she has also contributed to several book and magazine publications.
Education
Catherine has a graduate certificate in publishing from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University), with a focus on the editorial side of publishing. She holds a Bachelor of Environmental Studies degree in geography from the University of Waterloo.
