Christina Haack recently sold her oceanfront home in Orange County's Dana Point for $11.5 million after purchasing it less than 10 months ago for $10.3 million, according to the New York Post. Haack is an HGTV star known for "Flip or Flop," which she co-starred in with her now ex-husband, Tarek El Moussa, for nearly a decade. The show follows the pair of real estate agents around as they renovate old homes to resell, providing viewers with all the insight into how they do it.

Haack currently stars in her own series "Christina on the Coast," which first aired back in 2019. Already, a new show with Haack is in the works called "Christina in the Country" which will take the television real estate agent to Tennessee, which she fondly calls her home away from home, as per HGTV. With all this experience, it's to no one's surprise that Haack decorated the home with her own eye for interior design before selling it earlier this month.

Norm Christensen, an important player at American Automated Engineering Aerospace, is the newest owner of the 6,085-square-foot oceanfront property as of April 8th, explains the New York Post. AAE Aerospace is based in Huntington Beach, CA. The innovative company is leading the pack in designing and manufacturing space-related products such as rocket propulsion systems and composite structure technologies, as told by AAE Aerospace. Conveniently, Christensen's new home is less than an hour's commute from their headquarters.
