Christina Haack, TV show "Flip or Flop" star, has put her Dana Point home on the market for $11.5 million after living in it for less than a year, according to Realtor.com. Haack bought her Orange County home in July of 2021 for $10.3 million. If it sells as quickly as she bought it, she will be in for a nice profit. She had sold her Newport Beach home in June for $5.35 million following her divorce from her ex-husband Ant Anstead, according to TMZ.
The 6,084 square foot home rests in the secluded The Strand at the Headlands, according to Zillow. This gorgeous gated community offers an exclusive beach club where residents can hang out in the most relaxing lounge area that overlooks the ocean with magnificent views. It includes a swimming pool, a bar, a fitness center, and beach lockers, as cited by the website for The Strand at Headlands.

Since Haack has had experience with interior design and flipping homes to make them look better, she's added a few of her own personal touches to the home she'll be leaving behind.
