With the help of the famous HGTV home makeover brothers Jonathan and Drew Scott, the Wallace's received a sizable gain from the sale of the property, with the original renovation cost being $80,000. Over a five-week renovation process, Drew managed to negotiate the price of the fixer-upper by reducing it from $399,000 to $357,000 while focusing on updates to the guest house and backyard pool, per People.
The Wallace's contemporary style brick home was featured on season 6, episode 3 on the power-bro-duo's HGTV hit show "Property Brothers," which aired in 2014. The elegant 5,904-square-foot-house sits on a captivating 1.68 acres of land. Located in Conyers, a suburb outside of Atlanta, the house consists of four bedrooms and five bathrooms, including an office, gym, eat-in kitchen, three fireplaces, guest house, billiard room, and inground swimming pool. Since the episode aired, the couple continued renovating the remainder of the house in preparation to sell.
