Our Top 7 Picks From IKEA's New STOCKHOLM Collection
IKEA is a great store to visit when searching for items for your home. Whether you're looking for furniture or kitchen bowls, this store has you covered. In fact, you can completely transform your bedroom using popular IKEA items, or any other room for that matter. IKEA's STOCKHOLM collection has been a common feature in the company for 40 years, and it decided to celebrate that milestone with one of the largest collections to date. The focus was on personal touches, including handwoven wool and mouth-blown vases. They also wanted a chance to tie in nature and natural materials.
"You'd think with the name STOCKHOLM, the pieces would have a big city feeling, but we went outside the urban setting, to the nature and islands around it. This allowed us to lean into the Scandinavian materials, including working with a Swedish pine supplier to source the highest-quality pine. People often think of pine as a budget material, but when you go for the best and apply smart, efficient design techniques, its beauty is undeniable," said Nike Karlsson, one of the designers, in a press release to celebrate the launch.
There are a total of 96 intriguing pieces, but these seven below are some of our favorites due to their stunning appearances, usefulness, and design. Don't forget to take a look at the collection yourself, though, and see what other pieces you might fall in love with.

There are plenty of large pieces in this collection, but sometimes all you need is something simple and elegant to tie a room together.

This table and chair mix couldn't be overlooked. Like all the other pieces on this list, they were designed with great care. According to Ola Wihlborg, the designer, "It's all about the details, from the design to the material choices. With its oak and leather materials, this item offers a simple — but elegant — design with an appearance that fits in almost any home.
