Here's Where The Stars Of Shark Tank Actually Live

Since 2009, America has fallen in love with — or bravely faced — the stars of ABC's "Shark Tank." Entrepreneurs bring their business ideas and inventions to a panel of backers in the hope that one (or all) of them will invest. Though the show often features guest "sharks," "Shark Tank" has enlisted an elite group of business leaders as their main cast. These investors are known for their ability to turn any pitch into a money-making business — which means they've each invested in a fair number of ideas. But inventive, revolutionary products aren't the only things into which they put their money. Each cast member has also invested in their glamorous homes around the globe.

With net worths ranging from $100 million to $4.2 billion, it's no wonder these sharks have some expansive and exquisite homes. Of course, just because the show films in California doesn't mean each cast member lives in the state full-time. Their properties span the United States and Canada — and we've made it our mission to uncover the actual places that the stars of "Shark Tank" call home.

Robert Herjavec owns a Newport Beach vacation home

Robert Herjavec has owned multiple homes all around California and Canada — but he hasn't held onto many for very long. For instance, after purchasing a $14.6 million home in the exclusive gated community of Hidden Hills in Los Angeles County, he and his wife decided to sell in December 2020 after only a year and a half. However, he bought it as a flip and sold it for $17 million, garnering a $2.4 million profit. And, shortly before that, Herjavec's ex-wife sold their former home in Toronto, Canada, for $17.4 million. This still left the shark with a Newport Beach vacation house, though, where he could enjoy the California waterfront.

Herjavec secured the $7.95 million Newport Beach property in 2018. With a private dock and modern design, it's no wonder this Balboa Peninsula home is one house Herjavec didn't let get away. It's one of the best places to buy a vacation rental. After being extensively remodeled by the previous owner, it features a stone fireplace that stretches from the floor to the ceiling, a luxurious kitchen with an island, and French oak floors. The property's interior is 3,550 square feet — smaller than some homes that his co-stars boast — but has the added bonus of waterfront views in one of California's most exclusive towns. Details also include a cable-railing staircase, picture windows, and both custom tiles and a free-standing tub in the primary bathroom, solidifying the luxurious aesthetic of the vacation home.

Robert Herjavec sold his penthouse in New York City's Billionaire's Row for an estate in Hidden Hills

But what about Herjavec's permanent address? Like most millionaires, he frequently buys and sells properties to pad his portfolio, but some of them seem to be his family's residence. One such home was a sprawling penthouse in New York City's One57 building, famously located in what's called Billionaire's Row. The shark purchased it in 2021 for what was considered a steal – $31.9 million, which sold for a $13 million loss. The penthouse took up an entire floor in the prestigious building and was a sprawling 6,200-square-feet with four bedrooms and five bathrooms. It had luxury details like a 26-foot entryway, Venetian plaster ceilings, views of Central Park, and a hand-carved marble bathtub.

However, he put it up for sale for $38.5 million in 2024, but sold it for over-asking at $38.8 million, fetching him a $6.5 million profit in just three years. He decided to sell it when he and his family chose to relocate to California. "I love the place in N.Y.C. — it makes me smile every time we are there, but we are making a more permanent move to the West Coast so not sure we will get to use it much," he told People

In California, Herjavec snapped up a Hidden Hills mansion in 2023, which is a gated community of around 2,000 residents. He has famous neighbors like Britney Spears, Will Smith, and the Kardashians, and as you can imagine, owning a home there doesn't come cheap. For instance, Sylvester Stalone bought an $18.2 million California mansion there, and boxer Sugar Ray Leonard had a $46.5 million estate there. The modern farmhouse, which sits on 7.4 acres of land, cost the shark $26 million. It is 15,000 square feet and has 6 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, a volleyball court, and multiple putting greens.

Barbara Corcoran spends her days in a $12 million New York penthouse when in the East Coast

Barbara Corcoran had her eye on her current New York penthouse for nearly 25 years before she managed to snag it. She first saw the home when she was working as a messenger and immediately fell in love. She apparently told the then-owner to call her if she ever decided to sell. Fast-forward a quarter of a century, and not only had Corcoran amassed quite a fortune, but she also snagged her dream home.

Though she bought the penthouse apartment for a cool $10 million, Corcoran spent another $3 million on renovations. With views of Central Park and an astonishingly large terrace, the real estate mogul understood the worth of this property from the beginning. And now it's one of the best celeb-owned apartments in NYC.

Still, Corcoran put work into her home, renovating a greenhouse-kitchen area that she outfitted with chandeliers. And though stunning, it reportedly caused her several headaches. The city of New York asked her to remove the area after she started working on it "because I had no proof that I had the right to have it," she shared on the series "About Secret Lives of the Super Rich." Luckily, a man whom she'd helped find a job 20 years prior popped up in the building department and supported her. As of 2020, the penthouse is worth $12 million — less than what Corcoran paid for it when including renovations, but she'll likely make up for it in time.

She also has a $1 million mobile home on the West Coast that she plans to rebuild after losing it in the California fires

Corcoran might have a 4,600-square-foot penthouse apartment in New York City, but that doesn't mean she needs a lot of space to be happy. A case in point: Corcoran has a million dollar double-wide trailer in Los Angeles. But just because it's a mobile home doesn't mean it's cheap. The mogul reportedly bought it for $800,000 and invested an additional $150,000 in renovations and upgrades. She bought the property in 2017 in Tahitian Terrace Mobile Home Park, which is in Pacific Palisades, a neighborhood in west L.A. But this isn't your average mobile park — instead, it's home to luxury homes that face the ocean, and has desirable amenities like a club house, swimming pool, and direct beach access.

Her particular trailer is quite sizable — it has 2.5 bedrooms and 2 baths, as well as luxury features like the same blue and white checkered backsplash found in her Fifth Avenue penthouse, a beautiful freestanding bathtub, ocean views from most of her windows, and a large terrace that lets her enjoy the waterfront. Sadly, Corcoran lost her home in the 2025 Palisades Fire, which completely destroyed the Tahitian Terrace park. However, the community is planning to rebuild, including Corcoran. In an interview with DailyMail.com, the real estate mogul notes that once done, she will likely move into the double-wide permanently. "I have to say, when I used to think about my homes and think, 'What home, if I had one home, if I was going to hit the poor house and I just had to live one place, pick the one place?' It would have been my trailer," she shared. "It's such a simple way to live. I'm definitely going to, actually, if I can rebuild it, I'm going to dump my other houses and just move in there. That's what I'm going to do and be happily ever after."

Mark Cuban relaxes at his gorgeous Laguna Beach and Dallas mansions

Since 2018, billionaire Mark Cuban has owned a stunning vacation house in Laguna Beach, California. Cuban originally bought the expansive property for $19 million. The home boasts not only 6 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms, but also a library, wine cellar, gym, media room, and a theater. And, as if that weren't enough, guests of the home will also find a glistening pool off the patio — along with an outdoor kitchen that features a working pizza oven. These amenities definitely make soaking up the California sun incredibly easy.

Even more impressive, Cuban's mansion is located in an exclusive Laguna Beach resort — The Montage. In fact, his property is one of only 13 private residences in the area. So though the "Shark Tank" star has his own pool to enjoy, he also has access to the resort's three pools, spa, and restaurants.

When he's not in California, though, Cuban spends time in his Dallas, Texas, home: a 23,676-square-foot mansion on a spacious seven acres of land. The property has 10 bedrooms and 16 bathrooms, making it larger than his Laguna Beach oasis. He's owned this particular home since 1999, when he bought it for $17.6 million.

Daymond John enjoys living in a beautiful home in New York with his family

Rather than a waterfront mansion or sprawling estate, "Shark Tank" star Daymond John lives with his family in a New York high-rise apartment. He lives there with his wife Heather, their young daughter Minka, and two children from his previous marriage Yasmeen and Destiny. According to Heather's Instagram page, the apartment features a large playroom for Minka — complete with a starry carpet and plush bean bag chairs — in addition to luxe details like a large fireplace and a gorgeous primary bedroom.

This isn't John's only property, though. He also bounces between the city and rural New York, where he spends weekends at his Dutchess County cabin. Here John owns hundreds of acres of land. He fishes bass from the lake, feeds his guinea hens, gathers eggs from his chickens, and rides his bike down a few trails. Occasionally, he'll wander along the Hudson River and grab lunch before heading back to his cabin to collect peaches, pears, and grapes from his property.

Perhaps the most unique aspect of this property, though, is the bees. After witnessing a company called Bee Built pitch its ideas on "Shark Tank," John was inspired to keep his own bees, and he now owns over 1 million of them. For now, though, they stay out of his New York City apartment and solely near his cabin.

Lori Greiner lives and works in the heart of Chicago

Lori Greiner both lives and works in Chicago, Illinois, where she actually shares a desk with her husband. The couple spends much of their time there, but they also have another office in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, near her QVC home base. In her book, "Invent It, Sell It, Bank It!" Greiner mentioned how she manages to spend so much time with her husband. "Dan is a numbers guy; I'm the inventor," she explained. "That's why we're a perfect team."

Greiner has stayed close to her roots since purchasing a home in Chicago, too. In fact, she was not only raised in the north side of the city, but also studied at Loyola University in the area. And, thanks to her Instagram page, we often get a glimpse into the shark's Chicago home. Greiner regularly posts videos from her bed, offering followers exclusive peeks of her apartment. From the tufted cream headboard in her bedroom to her neutral couch, it's clear that Greiner keeps many aspects of her home minimalist — but definitely luxurious.

Kevin O'Leary has a few places he can call home

Though he's originally from Canada, Kevin O'Leary used to split his time between properties in both his home country and Boston, Massachusetts. O'Leary's Canadian home features a stunning lakefront view and is located in Ontario. It's a whopping 9,800-square-feet, and has 10 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, and a 32-foot pink granite fireplace.

But his property in Canada isn't the only place the shark lives. He spent more than 20 years living and working in Boston, where he and his wife resided in a 2,300-square-foot brownstone on Marlborough St. A short way away from the Boston Public Garden, this exclusive location is known as the Back Bay. However, they have recently decided to head down south to Miami Beach, Florida, in order to avoid heavy taxes. "I left 'Taxachusetts,'" O'Leary explained on Fox Business, according to Realtor. "I moved to Florida. Most of my neighbors where I live are all from hometown Boston and we can't afford to live there anymore." However, he wasn't running from heavy property taxes — instead, he was trying to avoid income taxes. In 2022, Massachusetts levied an additional 4% surtax for people who make $1 million or more, increasing it from 5% to 9%. While there is very little known about his property or when he moved, according to an Instagram post, it appears he and his wife were already residing in a beachfront studio in 2020, where they quarantined during the pandemic.
