Illuminating your Dollar Tree floral rings
To start, pop over to Dollar Tree for four green foam floral rings, a Crafter's Square hanging sign, tiny decorative pebbles, and diamond shaped vase filler. If you're not a fan of the circle shape for your design, Dollar Tree also has glitter foam hearts. Pickup mending plates in two sizes, like the Hillman Group mending plate and four of the shorter Mintcraft zinc mending plates, as well as a bracket. You'll also need hot glue, Mod Podge, twinkle lights, and metallic embellishments like Generic mirror mosaic tile. With supplies ready, it's time to light up your space.
Connect the rings with the metal plates and hot glue. The longest plate goes into the bottom ring and is attached with a metal bracket to the wood sign for a base. Coat the rings in Mod Podge and pebbles for texture. Paint everything gold, and use mirror tiles to cover exposed metal. Glue diamonds to the foam for a glitzy finish and wrap them with fairy lights. Customize by changing paint colors, or swapping the pebbles for a finer textured product, like baking soda. Arm and Hammer suggests mixing 1 tablespoon of powder into 1 cup of paint to get the look. Upgrade the base by covering it in metallic vinyl or staining the wood. Who knew you could illuminate your space by transforming Dollar Tree items into a floor lamp? However you personalize it, it's sure to bring a high-end look to your space.
