The DIY Pool Noodle And Pumpkin Centerpiece That Oozes Effortless Fall Beauty
Decorating your home should be both fun and easy, and this DIY is sure to be a great addition to your fall decor plans. Using a pool noodle, a faux pumpkin, and some faux foliage, you can create a gorgeous centerpiece perfect for any fall table!
YouTube creator @leonandlacongo shows how easy it is to create this design. Start by carving a hole in the top of a faux pumpkin, large enough to fit a pool noodle. Then, place a trimmed pool noodle inside the pumpkin. The color of your pool noodle doesn't matter because no one will see it in this craft. Finally, add some faux fall foliage to the noodle to completely cover the hole. The best part of this DIY is that if you don't like how the foliage is looking, you can always rearrange it. Have extra pool noodles and faux foliage? You can use pool noodles to turn an ordinary shelf into beautiful fall decor.
Making this project your own
The best part of any DIY project is making it your own, and this DIY project is no different. You can choose different color foliage and a different color pumpkin (or even paint the faux one to get the exact color you are looking for) to fit your decor style. You can add a bow to the pumpkin or some twinkle lights to the foliage. You can make this project even more effortless by choosing a solid foam pumpkin to begin with. Simply remove the foam pumpkin's stem by twisting it off and add the foliage to the pumpkin just like you would the pool noodle. You may need to cut the foliage stems to make them different heights and easier to add to the foam pumpkin. Love the look, but want to use real flowers? Replace the pool noodle with a mason jar. Add a little water to the mason jar and then arrange your flowers inside the pumpkin.
