Target is also a good choice if you're willing to spend a little more and invest in high-quality pieces. Their online store features some high-end brands like C&F Home, PARK HILL Collection, and Anaya, with pillow prices ranging from $50 to over $200. If you walk into a Target, a general throw pillow will cost between $6.00 and $40.00, with most sitting around the $20.00 range. Shop at the end of seasons to find good deals on seasonal and holiday throw pillows.

Target may have a wider selection, but Ikea wins the competition for the cheapest throw pillows, hands down. You can stock up on Ikea pillows for as low as $4.99 each, and even their most expensive pillows can cost less than a standard pillow at Target. It's unlikely that you'll ever find a throw pillow for more than $40 at Ikea. In a comparison between the two stores, Comparably gave Ikea a slightly lower score for product quality than Target. Ikea's throw pillows may be a little more cheaply made, but their low prices make them painless to replace when they inevitably become worn out or damaged.
